All you have to do is believe in yourself you can do it and think about every second of your life. For example, a goal i have for my 4 years of high school is to have straight a's. I always think of this goal. It never leaves my mind. I know i can achieve this if i believe i can and if i stay motivated. So, if you have a goal and you think you cant achieve it. Thats wrong, you can achieve it if you believe in yourself and think about it.

When you try harder you can actually succeed to something better. When you try and try at the end you will get better. It takes time for a person to be better at something. But, when you are motivated to actually get better it will happen. So, try a little harder to be a little harder. Its never late to try and succeed in life. You are never too old to achieve what you want to achieve.

Duties and Responsibilities:

            Medical illustrators are skilled artists. They work in medical field and create graphics for magazines, journals, and films. Their drawings usually show from microorganisms to body parts. Some medical illustrators prepare illustrations about a research or creation of an artificial body parts. Some they are called to create an artificial body part for a deformed patient.

Average Salary: $35,000 - $50,000        

Education:

Students who want to become a medical illustrator should take a college preparatory program in high school that emphasizes art and science. In college they should major in art and minor in science or major in science and minor in art. Most medical illustrators have a master’s degree in the field from a program by Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Educational Programs. Certification as a medical illustrator requires a graduate degree in medical illustration, a portfolio review and successful completion of a national examination.

You have to be motivated. Follow directions, so your work can be excellent and you can achieve that. All it takes is to be motivated to be excellent in your work. Quit being lazy.           Medical Assistants help physicians and nurses. They scheduled appointments, take blood pressures, respirations, and temperatures. They also help with office and clerical tasks. They work in clinics, hospitals and private physician offices.

Salary: $17,000 - $18,000    

Education:

Students need to complete high school courses in biology, physical science, and office management, communications, and human relations. They also may accept GED certificates. Medical training programs are provided by community colleges and for-profit technical training schools. 

I think i would like to be a medical assistant because i like helping people. And it seems like an interesting job. 

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Duties and Responsibilities:

       Licensed practical nurses work with registered nurses and physicians. They cared for injured, handicapped, and sick patients. They take temperatures, blood pressures and pulse. They also give injections, change dressings, and give bath to the patients. They work in hospitals, care facilities homes and nursing homes. Some nurses work in private homes. 

Salary: $16,000 - $26,000               

Education:

       High school diplomas or GEDs are not required for this job. But, they encourage you to get one of them. Licensed practical nurse does not have the professional education required for a registered nurse. They are training programs offered by hospitals, vocational schools, junior colleges and private schools.

I wouldn’t want to be a licensed practical nurse. I rather be a registered nurse, so I can help the licensed practical nurses in their training.

This quote is saying if you just say "we're going to win, we're going win" is good you are confident but  it won't make the difference. You make a difference when you actually prepare for something you want to do. You sacrifice other non important things because you want to succeed in something you really want. Being prepared will help you succeed instead of just saying " i know i'm going to do this right etc." Always be prepared, there is a much higher chance you will succeed. Even if you don't win, you will be proud of yourself for trying your best. Preparing yourself will make the difference you want. 

Paul Bear Bryant

Paul Bear Bryant 

Paul Bear Bryant was born September 11, 1913. He played football at the University of Alabama, Tuscalooosa. Paul Bear Bryant had served in World War II. After he became the head coach in the universities of Maryland and Texas. He also coached at the University of Alabama. He did a record of his team getting 323 wins. He also recruited the first black player. Paul had wrestled a bear to get money but he never got paid. That's how he got his nickname "Bear".  Paul Bear died on January 16, 1983. At the age of 69.

            Industrial hygienists usually analyze health hazards, conduct health risk assessments, manage industrial or business health programs, and provide consultation. They can be administrators, teachers, researchers, or consultants. Industrial hygienists often:

·        Investigate any health hazards

·        Instruct employees about any injury preventions. 

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000      

 Education:

During high school, students should take college courses, especially in math and science. Having a career in industrial hygienist you need a Bachelor’s Degree in environmental health or physical sciences. Some jobs require a Master’s Degree also. A certification requires completion of the American Board of Industrial Hygiene examination.

I wouldn’t like to be an industrial hygienists because it doesn’t catch my attention. It isn't what I would like to be when I grow up.

Home Health Aides

 Duties and Responsibilities:

            Home health aides work in companies that provide assistance to ill, injured, elderly, or disabled patients. Home health aides take the blood pressure, temperature and the pulse of a person. They also help get in and out of bed, take a bath, and dress. Home health aides also do the housekeeping chores.

Salary: $8,000 - $18,000         

Education:

      Usually, the employers prefer that the nursing assistants or aides have a high school diploma or GED certificate. Some school or colleges give training programs.

I wouldn’t want to be home health aide because the salary is pretty low. It also doesn’t get my attention.

            Health administrators manage hospitals and other healthcare facilities. They are responsible for long-range planning, financial administration, personnel administration and others.

There are many things on my mind. Since the beginning of high school the main thing that has been on my mind is to get straight A's all through my 4 years of high school.                   Histology Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

            Histology Specialists include both Histologic Technicians and Histologists. They both prepare tissue samples that are used by physicians to see if a patient has a disease, dysfunction, or malignancy. They prepare these samples by using equipment to thinly slice tissue samples. Then, they are put on a microscope and use chemical to stain them so any important structures are visible. Histology specialists work in hospital, veterinary, pharmacy, or research laboratories.

I think this quote to means that it doesn't matter what knowledge you have, it is your character that truly matters. You could also say that it doesn't matter what knowledge you have of being good, it mainly matters about the good character that is inside of you. I think that character is your personality; it is what helps you be unique. If you have a bad character if when you are rude to other people or don't care about other peoples feelings. That makes me think you are a bad person with no feelings. How you act with a person shows your character too.

Its better to depend on yourself because there will be people who will put you down instead of helping you rise. Its better to be alone if the people you hang out with just cause you problems or get you in trouble. For example, if the group of friends you hang out with do drugs and drink and you know its wrong then don't hang with them and be on your own. If the groups of friends don't help you succeed then they aren't your real friends.
