This quote by William A. Ward means that sometimes difficult challenges can make you give up. But, sometimes it makes the person continue and succeed. Difficult challenges can make a person quit just because its to difficult to achieve. But, it can also make a person not quit and keep trying until they achieve. For example, if you want to learn to play an instrument but its to hard. Some people will give up because they cant do it, but others will practice until they are professionals at playing the instrument.

Health Information Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

          Health information specialists obtain, post, and analyze medical, workload, finance, and insurance data. They make sure the information is properly recorded into medical records. There are a variety of jobs specialists. Administrators coordinate the various information management responsibilities and supervise, record technicians and coding specialists. Record technicians ensure medical records are accurate, coordinate reimbursement, and maintain disease registries for research.  Health information specialists work in hospitals, clinics insurance companies and many others.

Average Salary:

$20,000 - $25,000 (Coding Specialists)   

$23,000 - $30,000 (Record Technicians)

$30,000 - $40,000 (Record Administrators)

Education:

In high school students should take challenging courses in business, information management, science, math and English. Coding specialist must have a high school diploma or GED certificate. Training is usually conducted in a job but you can also take classes. Accredited Record Technicians must have an Associate’s Degree. Record administrators must have a Bachelor’s Degree.

I would like to become a health information specialist because it seem like a really interesting job. Also because i like working with computers.

This quote is saying is instead trying to beat someone else at succeeding, instead try and beat yourself. If you try to outdo yourself you will have a higher chance of succeeding in life. For example, if you didn't get straight a's last year, try and get it done this year. You will be able to succeed more when you do good in life. if you continue to outdo yourself you will succeed in things you never thought you would of succeeded. You inspire yourself to continue trying and not giving up. At the end, you can always accomplish something if you continue trying.

Health science librarians and library technicians collect and organize medical information and help practitioners find the information they need for a patient care, education, research and administration. Librarians select and acquire books, journals, and other library material. Library technicians assist librarians in organizing collections, shelve books, and other.

Average Salary:   

$20,000 - $30,000 (Library Technicians)  

$35,000 - $55,000 (Librarians)

Education:

Students should take challenging courses in information management, math, science and English in high school. Health sciences library technician training varies by employer. They need to earn an Associate’s degree. Health Science Librarians should earn an undergraduate degree in one of the life sciences and must earn a master's degree in library science from a program that is accredited by the American Library Association.

I wouldn’t want to be Health Sciences Librarian because I want to become a doctor that works in a hospital. 

Christmas Break

Christmas Break

During my christmas break i went to mexico. I spend my christmas and new year with my dad. My christmas was really fun! I experienced now things like making flying paper lanterns. It was such an amazing experience. The first time it got on fire but we tried it again. I went to alot of dances since i love to dance. I got to ride a horse for the first time. I saw my favorite Banda which is Banda Ms. I ate a lot of good mexican food. The rest of the days i stayed home taking care of my grandma. I also celebrated my grandma and dad's birthday.

This quotes that is saying that the rod you choose isnt perfect. You will have a rough road where you will do mistakes but you will learn from them if you care and want to. The road to greatness will have regrets but as long as you don't do it again you will achieve. When you make mistakes in life but learn from them you will succeed. Succeeding isn't as easy as everyone thinks you will have obstacles stopping you from succeeding.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Clinical Laboratory Specialists include Clinical Laboratory Technicians and Clinical Technologists. They are also referred as Medical Laboratory Technicians and Medical Technologists. Both technicians and technologists work to identify, diagnose, and treat diseases. Technicians use microscopes, laboratory equipment’s, chemicals, and computers to perform the procedures. Technologists perform more complex laboratory tests and procedures than technicians. Most clinical laboratory specialist work in hospitals, but are also employed by private practices, medical groups, research laboratories and more.

Salary:

 $20,000 - $28,000 (Clinical laboratory technicians)      

$25,000 - $40,000 (Clinical technologists)

Education:

Students should take challenging courses in science, math, and English when being in high school. An associate’s degree is required to become a clinical laboratory technician. A bachelor’s degree is required to become a clinical technologist.

I wouldn’t want to be a Clinical Laboratory Specialist because it doesn’t really interest me.
