This quote is saying when you have good thoughts about anything you will have good consequences. When you have bad thoughts you will have bad consequences. When you do something good you get a reward for it. You feel proud of yourself. For example, if you have straight A's you are a good fruit. But you have F's you are a bad fruit. Its better to be a good fruit then a bad fruit. Always choose the right and think about the consequences it can have.

This statement by Alex Linares is saying choosing the right is always the correct thing to do. He didn't sometimes, most of the time but ALWAYS. If you always choose to the right thing in life, your life will reward you. But, if you choose the wrong there will be consequences in your life. You will feel guilty about it. So always, think before you act. Sometimes, choosing the wrong will sound like a good thing in your mind but in reality is can be the worse thing ever. For example, if you fight in school you are the choosing the wrong. Fighting in school isn't a good thing. You will have consequences. You can get suspended, or expelled. Your parents will be disappointed in you for fighting in school. So always choose the right because its better.

This quote is saying that if you know something is right but yet you don't do it, it can be the dumbest thing ever. If you know something is right why don't you follow it. Don't do what is wrong when you know the right thing. That can be the dumbest thing you can do. And in life you will have consequences. For example, if you know you don't suppose to steal, then don't do it. You will end up getting caught, you will have consequences and you will regret it. So if you know  something is right then do it. Don't do the wrong.
