This quote is saying with one person thats start something it can cause an impact. It will be less difficult when you work together to do something big. It just takes one person to make the change. That person can be you. Succeed by your own can be difficult. but, when people help each other it makes it easier. You help yourself and someone else succeed. Unity is strength. It makes you stronger. Unity is power. You can accomplish anything with the help of others.

This quote is saying no one else makes my decisions but me. I choose my own life and what i want to do. If im a good person and i always do the right thing nobody will try and change my life. If I choose to do wrong no one will help choose the right. I need to do know whats right from wrong. The only person who will make a change in my life is me. Only I can fix my mistakes and problems. For example, if a person is addicted to drugs. He/she is the only one who can make a change of it. No one will help him/her try to stop. Its the person decision and life.
