This poem is saying you are what you think about. You can grow success. But, you can also grow failure. It all depends on what you think about. If you think about becoming a doctor when you grow up, you will achieve that. But you think about being an alcoholic you will be that your rest of your life. So if you want a bright future start thinking about it now. What you think about is what will be planted and will grow.
