This quote is saying everything you do depends on your attitude. If you are sure and motivated to do it, there will be a higher chance to create success. Being negative about everything all the time will bring unhappiness and failure. Always be motivated and excited to do something with your life because then that will bring happiness and success to life. Being persistent about everything can help you too. Don't be rude and grumpy to people because then you'll end being alone and not loved by others because of your attitude.
