What i need is to loose weight, reduce my stress and eat more healthier food. I need to start being more active and doing more sports. I plan to do these things by first stop eating junk food, go to the gym, and start managing my stress by relaxing. I also want a nice body, a flat stomach. To achieve this i need to do my workouts at a daily basis.
