at all. Getting enough sleep helps a person relax and feel better. Sometimes
people feel really stressed and with the help of sleeping they feel better. The
amount of sleep you get each night affects the way you act, and your health.
For example, people who only get 3-4 hours of sleep, the next day they feel
tired and lazy. They don’t want to do anything just because they didn’t get
enough sleep.
